Guest guest Posted February 16, 2006 Report Share Posted February 16, 2006 I put pictures in the photo section of me in Jan 2005 (at 301 lbs) and Jan 2006 (at 243 lbs). It's really more " before and along-the-way " than before and after, since I still have 80 some pounds to lose. But, you can see there is a big difference already.
