I have one. I really like it. I'm HIGHLY annoyed that the Fiesta Salad has

21 GRAMS OF FAT! UGH! What's the point of eating a salad!

Yes, I got one of the salads, just for the prize (there is still a kid in

all of us!). The pedometer works about 1/2 the time. If you are serious

about counting your steps, you should purchase a good one, like the one

Weight Watchers sells. This one is just for fun.

I used to power walk, 3-5 miles a day. Then I got a " Morton's Neuroma "

which is an agitated nerve that swells. Eventually it required surgery and

then I had to make the real decision: To walk or not to walk. I chose the

recumbent bicycle and my bow flex (weight resistance) for my exercise. It

seems I am susceptible to those stupid neuroma's so I had to make a change.

By the way, when I quit walking I gained 65 pounds. It was because I didn't

have a plan " B " in case I couldn't walk. Several years later I bought my

first recumbent bike from Kmart for about $88 bucks. It lasted a year,

mainly because I wore it out.

Those of you who are walking, be sure to wear shoes that aren't too tight

around your toes. See your doctor if you have concerns or any numbing

sensations in your foot. They can give you ways to correct it before it

goes to far.

My sons got one and they like them. I bought a pedometer from a sporting goods

store a couple of years ago.
