Guest guest
Men on the list: Welcome! Post away. Don't let all our female problems dominate this list. We haven't talked about ovaries for weeks. You too can wear leather pants. Seriously, I think men have many of the same (and some different) problems dealing with obesity, weight loss and adjusting to the band. I love men. I want to hear more from them. Anything I can learn to help me understand them better is welcome. Geoff: Congratulations on your fantastic weight loss success. And now a tummy tuck! You must be gorgeous and feel great! Let us know how it goes! Chani: swimming gets my hair wet. And I usually lose at least one contact lens. Yes, I like swimming but in Seattle you have to go to a stinky chlorine indoor pool. For now I am going to stick to my walking routine although I will swim at the lake several times this summer. Does anybody know what is in gripe water? Janet: If it was just me, the gurgling noise probably wouldn't be such a nuisance. It happens when I am sitting at the card table playing with other people. And it happens in bed. It's not quite bad as snoring but a definite mood detractor. I will try the water sips. Denny: What is lozec? can you copy the chemical name off the package? Your port is probably just fine. You will find out when you go for your first fill! Don't worry about it until then. The soreness has probably just healed. Did anybody see eXtenZe (the movie). That bio-port looks like more fun than mine. Janet: face life or abdominoplasty? Life is just full of choices. I am going to try to wait a year after goal before I do anything. I think more skin will get absorbed and I will grease myself with vitamin e regularly and get more exercise. Then I'll have whatever I think I need if I still need it. Chani: I agree that keeping yourself in ketosis is neither a healthy nor a permanent way to lose weight.
Guest guest
Hi Jessie: You always make me feel good with your advice. Thanks. The name of the drug that I take is Omeprazol. It keeps stomach acid down. Good luck. Love Denny dmoffatt@...
