I think you can purchase the " cold seat " on line. They are kind of

expensive but is basically an ice pack that lays over the carseat

while you are in places and really helps. Yes, when people say

onesie they are referring to the undershirts. I would think their

legs would be cool which is why we did a lightweight PJ. Good luck.
