Hi Christy,

We have similar stories....I also blamed thyca for my weight. I would

lose 10-15 pounds and resigned myself to the fact that I would never

be very thin because of thyca. Hah. I lost 43 pounds on Weight

Watchers and excercising regularly (started with yoga, moved to step

aerobics, then to spinning and now am training for a marathon). I've

kept the weight off for over one year and have never felt better.

I think what kept me going was thinking of Bush....heck,

honestly, he must be one of the busiest people in the planet but he

takes time to run every day.

Good luck, le! You can do it! Just start small and progress. A

fifteen minute/1 mile walk around the neighborhood with the kids is a

great start!
