Guest guest Posted February 4, 2006 Report Share Posted February 4, 2006 This was an idea someone gave me about making the transition from being a SUGAR person to a NO sugar person. Go without sugar for a week or so, like Phase 1. THEN try the substitutes. Its not that bad. Also I found the best place to try all the sugar substitutes is my local gas station! I bought a cup a coffee and got the top 3 packets right there with it (blue, pink, yellow). IT IS NOT A CRIME IF YOU TAKE ONE OF EACH! It may be if you take a handful of each. It worked for me. Before, I couldnt STAND subs. I hated the after taste. Diet sodas, UGH!! I said there was no way I could stand this part of South Beach. Now I dont taste it.
