What is the hardest component of the WW program for you? (Water, exercise,

veggies, fruits, etc)

My Answer:

Right now, I am doing pretty good with all of it and the scales are showing it.

The hardest part in the past has been the exercise, but now I have worked it

into my life and am making it as important as all the other parts.

What about you?

WW Program isn't difficult, its something else, something in my head

that makes getting healthy hard! Whatever is going on in my stubborn

noggin is what is difficult. The program lays it all out. All I

have to do is follow it, and be patient. It all comes together.

Then, about 6 - 7 weeks later, something inside my head screws

everything all up. But I have a really strange analogy and it goes

like this:

When I took my dog to train him, the trainer had a time when all the

dogs would get together and play. They could just go crazy together.

At some point, the trainer told us to call those dogs back and to

have them sit in front of us. This took some time, because they

didn't always want to come back from the fun. But after some

practice they figured it out and did as they were asked.

Well, I think dieting is like that. At some point we really test our

resolve, and go have a little too much fun which results in weight

gain and side stepping our goals. But, its the ability to come back

and do the things we learn in WW program; the long term stick to-it-

ive-ness that really matters. The side steps are just part of that

journey. The reward comes after we come back with new resolve, and

know that it is a lifetime change we are after that really counts.

What is the hardest component of the WW program for you? (Water, exercise,

veggies, fruits, etc)

EXERCISE!!! I love to walk outside, but right now they are cutting wheat and

the dust is so strong and I am allergic to it. I get coughing the minute I get

outside :o( And sadly this year my house is surrounded by wheat

fields.....maybe next year they will plant corn.

I'd have to say the water and the veggies. There are some days that I

get more than my far share of both, but others when I just seem to

barely make all my water and end up with one or two less F & Vs than I

am supposed to have for the day. Hopefully, it all kind of evens out.
