Guest guest
Hi everyone I found that even though I was on a low fat diet I still had an oily loss. I mean lets face it, by the time we get to this stage we know what we can & can't eat. I also found that I couldn't exercise whilst on the xenical because I got caught out a couple of times. When I wanted to go to the loo I couldn't, therefore constipated. So when I went for my walks I had very close calls so in the end I didn't exercise, I was too frightened to go anywhere. Also I was on the xenical for 6 weeks, watching everything that I put in my mouth & lost only 1 kg. How depressing was that. My lady doctor told me, " go & buy a dog, walk for a good hour per day then you can eat nearly anything you like & still lose weight, " what a crock of shit. She has always been thin.. Also I constantly had to wear a pad, what are the men going to wear. So my advice is, men, unless you are going to wear a pad, dont go there!!! If you want to know what it feels like put some cooking oil on your undies, walk around for 2 seconds. I bet that will turn you off instantly. Hope I haven't been too foul. Guest guest
Hi All Jodie is right. My experience was very similiar, and the worst thing I found was when I was visiting people (have you ever tried flushing oil down the loo) it was embarrasing. I found the xenical program to much like Craig and all the other places, with their 'motivational' booklets and such. And with all the dieting I have done in my life, I probably know more about what you can and cannot eat than any dietician. But I have said it once and I will say it again, this problem goes deeper than what we eat.
