Guest guest
You went down pretty fast then . They told me in October that I had only " months " to go before I needed dialysis or a transplant, but so far I am still at 18% for 5 months so I am counting my blessings! This past week I have unreal edema and my BP is up to 150/110 so that is not good. They adjusted my meds yesterday but so far I am still really high. I guess it takes a few days to get it to respond to the meds. The fatigue is the hardest part for me I think, but soon this too shall pass. In a message dated 2/18/2005 5:00:12 P.M. After that, I had my first consultation with the tx team in Sept 03, and the tx Dec 03. The waits were absolutely the worst parts - the wait for Barb's results, then the wait from green light to the surgery was really tough. I started taking Ambien just to get some sleep. Don't need that now though. Hope all is going well with your eval. How are things?
