Hi everyone ! I am back from a one week vacation in Miami Beach. I was able

to extend a visit for my nephew's wedding into a full vacation. Although

they are having record breaking cold weather, it was a welcome break from the

terrible weather we are having here in New York!

Hi Ramona

Good to know you thought of you in your packing for the trip, I went to mexico in april and i tell you the one thing i missed was low sugar yogurt, i could not find it anywhere also string cheese is sort of a staple for me and i could not find that, i could find other cheeses, but at not quite three months out the soft string cheese is easy on my new pouch. I did rely on my protien powder and i ate a lot of shrimp because where our house is a fishing village.

Try to relax and have some fun when you are there.

Hi Everyone,I am just 2 days away from my trip to Mexico. I will be away for 17 days. I am still a little nervous but I am dealing with it. I am taking a few comforts from home like a few protein bars, Decaf coffee and of course all of my vitamins. Amongst a gazillion other things that we have bought as gifts for the family. Thanks for accepting the request to help moderate. It will be great to have you helping out. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming looking at an average of a hundred plus emails a day but I will miss reading them when I am away. Being a part of this group is one of the best things that has happened to me.My best wishes to all that have their surgeries soon. I will let you know how it went when I come back.Love to you allRamona
