Guest guest
Hi everybody, /// Someone here on the list (Marina?) mentioned a long plateau /// Yes, it's me Debie. I'll have a check by x-ray on Monday and hopefully a fill. But since January, I had a fill too, once, and it lasted a few weeks when I could eat very little (before they had to even deflate the band because it became too tight after an irritation). And during all this time I haven't lost half of a pound. :-( Now it drives me crazy. Let's hope I'll be off the plateau soooooooon. As I have mentioned a few times, the band doesn't do all by itself, and my problem is probably much deeper in my mind. It's like a part of me doesn't want to lose weight anymore ... That's why I'm desperately lookingn not only for a psych, but for one who is used to deal with eating disorders. /// Anyone else having a trouble dealing with hard to kill habits??? /// Dear , Is there not a stronger word than " trouble " for that in English ? Cheers, Marina, Switzerland
