Guest guest
Last week, our leader read from a newspaper article that outlined the results of a study. It turned out that people who ate breakfast were thinner than those who didn't and those who ate whole grains for breakfast were thinner than those who ate eggs and meat. My doctor father always insisted that we eat breakfast, so it's been a life-long habit. However, I do add a little protein since that keeps me more full. I bet that is my problem. I am not hungry at breakfast but know how important it is so I try to eat something but not too much > , 3-4 points tops, same with lunch, don't want to waste my points so don't eat much. Then at about 3-4 watch out- i'm hungry ad ready to go. I'll try evening out my points more. What I did was just made a conscious effort to make sure that I was eating something every 2-3 hours and it stopped. > > teddyboz@... wrote:
