Guest guest
What about the Freeda SCD legal supplements, they have B12 in them. I take the B complex, the multivitamin & mineral and the calcium. The multivitamin has the biggest amount of B12. I ordered them online, enquire at Lucy's Kitchen Shop on the internet. I live in Oz, and so was willing to pay the high postage costs to get it, so I had something legal to take everyday. > Hi , I copy & pasted the B12 info. I had about 8 symptoms! Guest guest
Hi , Yes Freeda Supplements are legal. I would recommend getting tested for B12 levels from your doctor through a simple blood test. Don’t take any B complex a day before your test, you might not get an accurate reading. Also since B vitamins are water soluble I like to break the B Complex in half and take half in the morning and the other half in early evening. That way not so much is wasted when you urinate. However, if you are like me and have no Intrinsic Factor present to carry the B12 to where it gets absorbed, then you probably need to do B12 shots. I resisted the shots for a long time because I’m squeamish about needles, but I got over it. It has been so helpful for me!
