Marilyn,

Soo good to see you post! I thought that we had

scared you off with all the email! Hope it gets

easier for you to keep up with us. I still have fun

and so do some of the others. Again glad to see you

stuck with us. Keep posting so we can get to know you

better!

Lots of Love

Glenda

Thanks for sharing Marilyn. They used the Albuterol on me as well. When I was researching the restrictive defect it said that if you did NOT respond to the inhaler meds then that was also an indicator of the defect too.

Eileen,

Our doc won't be crazy about it;

I intro'd strawberries by cutting the seeds off.

Try it that way.

You could always cook first after that step and see how you do!

Sometimes the best way to intro something is via juicing and then straining if

seeds and skins are a problem for you.

Some ideas.

It's hard for doctors to understand just how difficult food introduction and how

uncomfortable it can be. But it's important to have variety and I think some of

us just need to get " used " to a new food. Another thing to think about is to

use food rotation methods so you don't OD on a food. So like eat it once every

4 days or 3 days.

Eileen, Maybe you coud try boiling the strawberries. I know when you boil beets, the skin slips right off, and maybe it would work with strawbs too. Worth a shot, right?Pour Dieu, pour terre,Alyssa =Ddidn't know if you saw my berries post but doc thought I should try blueberries and strawberries - i think she meant raw - i have to go thru cooking first right ?? I mean Elaine didn't make the stages I realize but she still wants things introduced as cooked first then raw right??eileen

That doesn't work

- you can either start with large-ish strawberries and slice of the

seeds and then cook with water to cover and perhaps

some added citrus jucie, boiling it down until it is kind of a jam -

or do the same thing with the seeds on.

or make the roasted

thingy that just suggested - that sounds delicious - it would be

like

the inside of a blueberry or mixed berry pie.
