.. . . . . and your supplements??? . . . . .

Love

your friendly neighborhood Nag!

who wants you around and healthy for a long long time!

PS Rotten news about your bad run of luck with Viruses! What a pain! I

use Zone Alarm too. (like JaYne) It's been great. I'm surprised by the

number of times I'm alerted that the computer has kept me hidden from the

view of folks who are trying to moniter my time online.

Hi ! I'm glad to hear that you are doing so well. I miss your posts!

Beth

Thanks for asking! I forgot to put that in my last post, but I have lost

125 pounds. That is the

halfway mark for me. But I actually met with my doctor yesterday, and she

doesn't think my goal

should be 135. Now she is thinking that is too thin, and that I should go

to 150. We will see

when I get there. But at any rate, I have gone from 386 to 261 so far, and

boy oh boy, does that

feel great!!

Hi Dana,

No, unfortunately still nothing. The police went up over the area where his

car was found with infrared technology on Friday, but did not locate Jim nor

a body.

They did release it to the news though. It was in the Mercury news, but

without a picture of Jim, but also on the local television news. We are hoping

and praying that the media coverage will bring some true leads.

We are also working with Child quest International, a firm that helps to

locate missing people.

It gets more disheartening every day. My husband had a five day vacation

trip planned with Jim starting on the 31st of March for the opening of salmon

fishing season, and he is still holding on to some hope that Jim will somehow

find his way back and be able to go. Opening day of Salmon season was

definitely one of the highlights of Jim and my husband's years. The grief is

very

heavy.

Thanks for asking!

Keep the prayers coming...
