One thing I'm going to have to learn is to not treat this as a diet. Because diet=deprivation=self-destruct cycle, where I feel like because I'm being so deprived, I have to eat everything in sight. I have to learn that this is not the case with WW; that when I treat my body the way God intended me to treat it, by eating healthy points-friendly food (which does include Oreos and Kung Pao chicken on occasion, thank you flex points!)and exercising, I will be able to eat and not feel deprived. These are little revelations that are coming to me as I made the committment to committ, no more excuses, and no more procrastination. You've found (or are finding) the SECRET to what makes Weight Watchers a true miracle. Yippee for you! I still revel in the fact that I don't have to deprive myself of favorite things...therefore, I don't have to worry about getting to the " end " of a " diet " !! Isn't it great?!!!?
