Guest guest
Dear Sandy: It's hard to write the words that would bring you comfort right now. Please know that we all love you and are here for you in any way possible. I can't imagine how you are dealing with this as a mother. I know what you are living is something all parents hope they never have to face. I will ask my parents to add your daughter onto their Methodist prayer list that goes around the country and is very powerful. Together with their prayers and all of ours, certainly God will know that his grace is needed right now. Please believe and keep looking for other opinions and treatment options. I know you will and if any of us can help, please let us know. I was crushed to read your post so I can't begin to know the pain you must be dealing with. Please believe that God can do miracles and turn horrible situations into precious ones. I still don't understand why such difficult things happen to such wonderful people, but I have finally learned that it is not for us to understand, but trust that God's love will see us through any situation and sustain us in ways beyond our comprehension. My love and heartfelt prayers will go out to you and your daughter. Place her in God's loving hands and believe he loves her more than anyone and will help her through this. I am living proof he can do miracles, so believe with all your might and so will we. Times may get really rough, but God will be there holding you and your daughter's hands throughout it all. He will carry you when things get rough. I'll pray with all my might that God's love comes shining through to your family and creates a miracle for your daughter.
