Day 24 - Wednesday

I am not losing considering how careful I have been. I was down 1

pound today, but I have been up several since I started. So it is not

progress. However, when we get back from Hawaii, I am going to focus

on losing 30 pounds in 10 weeks. It is what I did in the beginning. I

will eat more than usual on vacation. So when I get back, I can cut

back and hopefully will get some results. No ...not hopefully, I WILL

GET RESULTS.

For Today:

Lunch

Shrimp Faux Rice - 4

Supper

Salad - 4

Shredded Beef

Bacon Bits

Shredded Parmesan

Lettuce

I will probably have a protein drink in a few minutes, so add 2 more.

Total - 10

Over 80 ounces and still drinking

no exercise-- worked a hard 8 hours today

My experience in the past on these lists is that a lot of people don't lose

because they don't eat enough, which I know you've been told too, so maybe that

is it. Your menus always look good and well within carb limits. I was really

hoping you'd meet your Hawaii goal, but in any case, we will still be here when

you get back, anxious to hear about your trip. Sorry you won't be in Sacramento

but wish I was going with you! LOL
