So it is not progress. However, when we get back from Hawaii, I am going to focus on losing 30 pounds in 10 weeks. It is what I did in the beginning. I will eat more than usual on vacation. So when I get back, I can cut back and hopefully will get some results. No ...not hopefully, I WILL GET RESULTS. For Today: Lunch Shrimp Faux Rice - 4 Supper Salad - 4 Shredded Beef Bacon Bits Shredded Parmesan Lettuce I will probably have a protein drink in a few minutes, so add 2 more. So it is not My experience in the past on these lists is that a lot of people don't lose because they don't eat enough, which I know you've been told too, so maybe that is it. Your menus always look good and well within carb limits. I was really hoping you'd meet your Hawaii goal, but in any case, we will still be here when you get back, anxious to hear about your trip.
