Guest guest
Kallie, I think about that every so often. I've set a goal to be in the low 240's when I go back. It makes me smile when I think about it. Tory, thanks for your praise! That's so nice of you. I did something else that I'm proud of: every day for MONTHS I've taken acid reducer medicine right along with my morning vitamins. Last week I decided I would quit taking them every morning without fail and just carry a few around with me in my purse. I ended up taking three this week (instead of 7). Oddly, it was a big step for me. I was afraid to quit taking them because I hate getting heartburn. I can't wait for the day when I don't have to carry them in my purse anymore! 297/255.5/150 > , when I read this, about your going back in Sept to your Dr. I > thought oh man, is he ever gonna be surprised, and with his attitude, > how happy he will be for you.. he sounds like a wonderful supporting > Dr. I can't wait to hear the results either...great going,..Kallie > > -------------------------------------------------------------------

I completely understand. I used to be plagued with heartburn. It was so bad I seriously considered surgery. Now, I never get it. And when I say never I don't mean that I rarely get it, I mean I NEVER get it. I can't remember the last time I had heartburn. Eating right, not overeating, losing weight...all those things have kept it at bay. Just one more reason to stay the course!
