Liz, so glad that you had a nice New Years. Have a safe trip... 10 days?????

Whatever will we do without you????? Please have fun and be sure to give us

all the details when you get back. Love to hear about those weddings.

Take care and be well on your trip.

Hello everyone, Happy 2001!! Thank you , Gail,

Cyrus, Glenda for the cards - sorry if I have

forgotten anyone!!

Cathy, so good to hear that you are doing well - long

may it last. Caitlin is a beautiful girl, I'm sure

you are really proud of her!!

Well, my " baby " Reem (for those of you who don't know,

she is not a baby and is not mine - I have been her

nanny/English teacher/companion for almost 19 years!)

anyway, she turned 21 yesterday. Her mother and

sisters and some friends (and me) went out for dinner

and celebration which was very enjoyable - fabulous

food! Then Reem went on with the younger people to do

a little celebrating of their own, and I happily

dropped into bed at 1.30 - not too bad.

Anyway, tomorrow, she and I are flying to Riyadh for

about 10 days for some family weddings. It should be

fun but IT WILL BE TIRING. Still, I will keep on Los

Angeles time as Saudi weddings take place all night,

so by doing this I will hopefully minimise jet-lag!!!

Her sister is staying here to keep her mother company,

but as I say we will be back in about 10 days. It's

certainly a flying start to the year.

Hope you all have a happy healthy year, and that you

are all able to cope with the problems that may arise.

Much love, Liz

Liz,

Have a safe trip! We will miss you even if it is for

only 10 days. Who is going to take care of the

puppy??

Take care and I will be sending good thoughts and

prayers your way that you will have a safe trip! Tell

your baby happy birthday for me. My baby is 22. They

are always your babies!LOL

Lots of Love
