Guest guest
I just discovered the decadence of WW chocolate smoothies. Has anyone else on here NOT tried them yet? A friend let me have a packet recently, and I made that first one with water only, for 1 point. I liked it, but thought it would be better with milk so I bought a box at my next meeting. Well, in order to keep the points still low I made up a packet using 4 ounces of 1% milk, which brought the smoothie to 2 points. It was good. Better than with plain water. But today I made one with 4 ounces of 1% milk and I threw in a few fresh strawberries for NO added points (still total of 2). This was DECADENT! Oh my goodness. So now I " m wondering....if I have one of these every day (or twice a day? LOL!) -- will it slow down my weight loss if I remain within my points target? I have found that some sweet foods do slow down my loss for some reason. I don't want that to happen, but neither do I intend to give up these WW smoothies!! LOL! Guest guest
Hi Bette, in my opinion, I don't see why it should hurt, if you stay within your points. After all your getting a sweet satisfaction and your milk serving/s and well even some fruit.. It just may not slow you down the way eating some cookies, or granola bars etc would. Try it your way for a wk or two and see how you make out. Sounds really good!!.....Kallie =================================================================== In Serious-Weight-Watchers , mousikos@a... wrote: > I just discovered the decadence of WW chocolate smoothies.
