> How long have you been on WW?

Since February 2, 2002

> What is your favorite OP Snack?

I love 1 cup of sweet cereal like Lucky Charms, right before bed. Only 2

points.

> If you left the house without breakfast what would you grab

A Baker's Breakfast cookie or a Quaker Chewy Granola bar and an apple

> What's your favorite OP meal?

SUSHI! I could eat sushi every single day.

> What's the easiest OP meal?

Fat free hot dogs on reduced calorie bread with a simple salad and fat

free Pringles

> What do you eat OP at the following resteraunts:

> Mc's: Hmmm, I don't really eat at Mcs.

> Burger King: Don't eat here

> Taco Bell: Soft taco (chicken) but I don't really eat here either

however at Taco Time I like the 5 point meal

> Olive Garden: Soup and salad all you can eat, dressing on the side, no

cheese, minestrone soup for around 7 points and I'm stuffed! When I have

more points, Chicken Giordino and minestrone

> Cracker Barrel: We don't have these here

> Applebees: Talapia and mango salsa...11 points

> Pizza Hut (or similar): Salad bar. Sometimes Roy and I will order a

personal pizza and split it and have a salad bar with it for about 7-9

points.

> Steak Place: Don't really eat at these places any more, but if I do

I'll usually do grilled chicken, kebobs, or a salad

Other places:

Cheesecake Factory: 1/2 key lime cheesecake (9), Thai lettuce wraps with

no peanuts and I don't eat the peanut sauce (abt 9 pts), fish tacos with

no sauce, skip the guacamole, mango salsa on the side, 1/2 the rice, 1/2

cup of the black beans I figure for about 10-12 points

Subway: club with all the veggies and/or salad with fat free ranch (Roy

and I split)

's: 2 side salads, no dressing, 1 small chili. Pour the chili on

the salads and you have a delicious HUGE Mexican salad. Four points (if

you don't count a point for the second salad, which I don't, but YMMV)

> What food do you ALWAYS have in you kitchen to help you stay

> on track?

Fat free ice cream

Cold cereal

Diet sodas

Quaker chewy granola bars

Coffee (gooooood coffee whole bean)

Splenda

Lots and lots of salad fixin's (lettuces, grape tomatoes, red onion,

cucumber, sweet peppers, pepperocini, carrots)

Fat free Italian dressing

Honey maid cinnamon graham sticks (I buy the single servings because

they are 2 points)

Pria bars

Gu (2 point energy gel for running)

Tyson boneless skinless chicken breasts

Fat free hot dogs

Oroweat 9 grain light bread

Fruit of the season (right now it's LOTS of strawberries)

Baker's breakfast cookies (I try to limit to no more than 2 a week)

No Pudge brownies

Fat free Pringles

Fat free yogurt

Fiber one

> What food have do you make sure NEVER enter's your house?

I guess since it's just the two of us I haven't really thought of this,

but I won't eat a snack that is more than 2 points. I bought some

cookies recently that I thought were 2 points based on the calories.

When I found out they were three I shared them with the dogs (one a day

as payments for " tricks " ).

> Do you have dessert/candy treats?

Oh yeah baby!

Fat free ice cream (the new Dreyer's Grand Light that is super creamy is

SO good)

Cold cereal

No pudge brownie, hot, with 1/2 cup ice cream on top of it is my

favorite " decadent " dessert

Fruit

> How do you reward yourself?

I have an Italian Charm Bracelet that has a charm for every 10 pounds I

lost (10 charms). I use that to remind myself of how far I've come and

that I don't want to ever take the charms away!

I now set a lot of fitness goals and reward myself with fitness gear; a

new pair of GOOD running shoes, new sports bra, heart rate monitor. My

next reward is to be properly fitted for running shoes once my long run

hits 8 miles.

> What is your favorite exercise?

Definitely running! I like to mix it up, though. I run, bike, swim, lift

weights, and do aerobics (step/cardio/weight combo) every week.

> What exercise do you do regularly?

All of those. I have a training schedule that I stick to every week. I

set it up on the first day of the month and stick as close to it as I

can.
