Guest guest
My wife and I are on the Quick Start program (yes, again), and I have a question. One of my favorite snacks lately is celery with salsa. As far as I can tell, this is zero points. Would chowing down on that snack defeat the entire purpose of the QS program? -- Sláinte, S. Guest guest
Hi , actually I don't see why you can't do this. Just remember that after a certain amount of the salsa, the points will be there, and just count them accordingly. I guess that is if you can eat that much eh....and again thanks for clarifying that other question for me. ~~Kallie~ ==================================================================== In Serious-Weight-Watchers , " Crawford " <rscrawford@m...> wrote: > My wife and I are on the Quick Start program (yes, again), and I have a > question. > > One of my favorite snacks lately is celery with salsa.
