A Luna bar and bottle of water. > > What's your favorite OP meal? grilled salmon with grilled veggies and a big salad. > > What's the easiest OP meal? Chinese take-out: I order chicken with broccoli, steamed, no oil or sauce, with brown rice, then douse it with some low sodium soy sauce. > > What do you eat OP at the following resteraunts: > > Mc's: I hardly ever eat here, and usually when I do it's for breakfast so I get the yogurt parfait. Otherwise, if I had to, I'd probably chose one of their salads or a kid's happy meal because I love their fries and that way I wouldn't overdo it. > > Burger King: Again, I never eat here. I'm too tempted by the whopper so I just stay away. > > Taco Bell: bean burrito and a taco. > > Olive Garden: campilleni pomodoro (can't spell it), but I only eat half. Minestrone soup...NO BREADSTICKS. These things are addictive to me, eat one and I'll want to eat four. > > Cracker Barrel: veggie plate or grilled catfish (ask for no oil) and one biscuit...because they are tasty. Although, they are like five points a piece, so I limit them to one. > > Applebees: I don't eat here often (the only one we have is not very close to our house), but when I do, I'll eat off the new WW menu. > > Pizza Hut (or similar): 2-3 slices (depending on how many points I have) thin-crust cheese pizza. Lately, Miss Meringue cookies. I was able to handle them for awhile, then I found myself eating four or five A DAY. I had to stop buying them becuase I was eating too much sugar/wasted calories (which was giving me headaches) and felt they were the culprit. Other than that, anything CHOCOLATE is forbidden in my house. > > Do you have dessert/candy treats? What are they? Yea, I think I've covered that!!! : ) > > How do you reward yourself? With new workout gear (clothes or equipment), a new CD or book, a massage if I can afford it. > > What is your favorite exercise? Definitely running. I've become addicted. > > What exercise do you do regularly? Running and pilates. I also bike about once a week, but I wouldn't call that regular. I try to strength train a couple times a week, but I don't always do it. But even on weeks when I don't want to work out, I always run at least three times a week. I try to take a pilates class at least twice a week, and I've been keeping up with that regularly for almost a year.

Guest guest
How long have you been on WW? September of 2001. I've fallen, but I picked myself back up several times. <long story, suffice to say I'm on medication for my depression and anxiety> The BIGGEST thing I finally learned, when I need a break, switch to maintenance points!! DON'T JUST FALL OFF PROGRAM! Took me a while to figure that out. Duh! Can you tell I have a hard head?? <EG> What is your favorite OP Snack? Kashi TLC, Kashi Cinna Raisin Cereal, various and assorted fruits and veggies with my low fat homemade green goddess dip. Yum! If you left the house without breakfast what would you grab to eat? Banana and a Luna bar. What's your favorite OP meal? It varies, but right now it's beans and cheese. rita Vegetarian Refried Beans and Kraft 2% cheese. From 3-5 points depending on how hungry I am What's the easiest OP meal? I've finally taken to making my OWN freezer meals <freezing lunch sized portions of leftovers> so whatever's on top. What do you eat OP at the following restaurants: I don't eat out a lot and it also depends on my points that day . . . I'm however addicted to soy mochas and I PLAN for those once a week. Mc's: small cheeseburger, I want to try their new salads though. Burger King: Okay, I just did this sunday before Harry Potter and I blew flex points for it <EG> I had a jr. whopper WITH cheese! AND a 5 piece chicken fingers! Cost me the rest of my flex points. Usually though it's either a jr. whopper w/ cheese or a small cheeseburger. Taco Bell: I'm a taco time girl . . . and it's usually a veggie soft taco, with no sour cream dressing Olive Garden: Have been there like twice?? um whatever pasta dish sounds good. Cracker Barrel: don't have one around here. Applebees: Been once, and tried their chicken fajitas, this was before the WW menu though. Pizza Hut (or similar): I make my OWN pizza. Steak Place: Don't really go out for steaks. What food do you ALWAYS have in you kitchen to help you stay on track? TLC, veggies, fruits, SlimFast soy drink mix, YUM! lots of protein, fiber and tastes good! I get the chocolate delite and have a glass a few times a week, snack bags of light popcorn, cinnamon graham sticks, Crystal Light Lemonade mix. I also make lots of soups, my version of the WW 0 point soup, and during the summer we turn into salad people. What food have do you make sure NEVER enters your house? Oreos. Do you have dessert/candy treats? Jello sugar free pudding, the recipe for cake mix that floats around here, GOOD STUFF. We're sugar junkies here, and that's not good. How do you reward yourself? I've learned to manicure my hands myself! And I'm a BOOK JUNKIE! My handheld always carries a dozen, and I have over 100 paper books on my tbr. We also have over 1200 books in our database. And yep, it's hotsynced to my handheld <EG> I'm a techno junkie! What is your favorite exercise? walkies! I walked even before WW and it's the reason I only had 35# extra instead of a LOT more. A couple years ago I discovered Austin and while she's TOO perky at times, she kicks my behind, with my asthma it works good. Boy am I getting muscles! And all of this from the fit & lite, not even the full blown daily workout! What exercise do you do regularly? see above. I wasn't going to answer this, but then I realized it was a great idea! I've got some good ideas from all of you and I like learning more tips and tricks.
