She also said they were delicious and even her husband who loves muffins, loved these...Kallie Bran Muffins.. 2 cups whole wheat flour ,3 c. white flour, 2T.baking s. T salt, 11/2 c. brown sugar 3 c. bran, 3 c. all bran cereal 2 c raisins, 2 large eggs 2 large egg whites, 1 1/4 c applessauce, 1/4 c molasses, 2 1/4 c yogurt 2 c skim milk, 1 1/2 c water. MIx dry ingreds. in a large bowl. Beat eggs, add all liquid ingreds. Add to dry ingreds., mix well and refrigerate overnight . Stil batter in morning. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake at 400 for 17 to 20 mins. Keeps for approximately 2 weeks in fridge. Makes 40 serving 85 calories 0.5gtotat fat, Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
