I'm with you . I'm so glad Helen mustered up the courage to share

what was happening with her, then the rest of us felt comfortable doing

so. It is so much of who we are and is so interwoven into being obese. I

am curious though about those who didn't have some similar sort of

trauma and what, if anything, " triggered " their overeating.

You also wrote: And I am more than interested in the guy's point of

brief history would be nice and no posts about underwear please.

I'm with you on this one too , although I know for many guys,

anything to do with feelings can be really difficult. I had a class last

year where my students had to " facilitate " a class. Anyway, I had two

male Native students and one decided he would do a " talking circle. "

Essentially it's a sharing of feelings about yourself and the others in

the group. He and the other Native fellow were very comfortable with

this as it's a tradition in their culture, and the female students and I

were fine, but two other male students in the class looked like they'd

rather be anywhere else in the world, perhaps eating worms or anything

less painful than sharing feelings. They managed to hang in there, but

it was quite uncomfortable for them (especially when we all talked and

cried about how we felt for one of our class who had lost her brother to

suicide two weeks previously). I had given them the option of bowing out

if they'd rather and to their credit they didn't. Anyway, to our fellow

male bandsters, it would be great to hear from you. Like I'd be

very interested, but hey, if not that's OK too, no worm eating here!

Dear ,

You simply mark the sentence you want to take, then you press Ctrl C, then

you put your cursor wherever you want the text to take place, and you press

Ctrl V.

Love,

Marina
