knives - Rachael Ray knife

I don't have one. I like the way it fits her hand. I have the Fine Edge Pro

set (page 34) I bought from TJ Maxx (no steak knives). I like the feel of the

8 " chef but have to grip it at the top of the handle to have easier control. To

me it is just a bit too big for my hand. I have to keep sharpening it before

use. This is the first set of " good " knives I have ever owned so I am not sure

what I need to do to keep an edge on them. I have a Chef's Choice sharpener

that I use every week. Anyway, I like the ease that RR has when using the

knife. When I went on the foodtv.com site, their store listed the one she was

using on her show for $200-plus. I don't know what it is going for now. I do

agree with others - having a comfortable sharp knife makes slicing/dicing fun

and it is easier than using the food processor and so much easier to clean up.
