I totally sympathize with you. Before I found this list, I went a whole

year trying to do this yet never making it more than a few days at a time.

I just finally made it two weeks but this last week I got off for a few

days and now back on my 2nd day. But I don't feel like a failure because two

weeks is the best I've done--I'm getting better! I keep trying though! I'm

not going to quit and say " this diet just isn't for me " Because I know that

I feel the best I've ever felt when I finally made it into ketosis and I

loved not wanting to devour all sweets I see....Being in ketosis was

wonderful!!! I want that feeling back. I am going to do this even if it

takes me another year to get my butt in gear. I just keep trying and I keep

learning.... Someday I will succeed. Sometimes it just takes others longer

and many more tries. But I think the important thing is that you don't give

up!! I love hearing other ideas and suggestions on the list and I know that

someday I will find what works for me.... If you can go 3-4 days and get

yourself into ketosis, I bet that candy won't bother you so bad. Because I

am just like that---I would drool (sp)over it until I could have it.

When in ketosis---it was like a miracle--I didn't even care if I had it. If

you really want to do this--just keep trying and success might be right

around the corner just when you feel like throwing in the towel. Good
