I was telling her that our dd is getting a helmet in a week and told her all about the tort and pt. She said that Healthy Start has a program that helps pay for physical therapy and helmets if your child has been diagnosed with tort. They will also have someone come to your home to talk with you about it. We are in Ohio but i'm sure many other states have it too.
