Guest guest
After I finally was diagnosed with A-Fib ( only took four years ) I can trace back to all the times when I felt horrible and was probably in A-Fib, to times of heavy Caffeine use. Often i'd drink 40 ounces on a mild day and then add another cup during a meeting or something. My question is, " is it possible to not take meds, if you realize what caused your attacks..? " If i eliminate caffeine and live a GREEN LIFESTYLE, avoiding all trigger mechanisms that have been associated with A-FIB attacks, can i stop using the toprol and just stay with baby asprin...two per day..?
