> Hi trouble,

I just got off of Lovenox a couple of weeks ago. I found it helpful

to use the right side in the AM and the left side in the PM. Also,

let the area you have cleaned with the alcohol prep pad dry before

you insert the needle. This way you will not push alcohol in with

needle. Good luck with your ablation.

" I have to substitute the Coumadin with Lovenox injections that I'll

I have had do a few ~ one week regemins of self Lovenox injections

too. The first time I did it I was so scared and shakey that as soon

as I stuck myself I pulled the needle right back out and then had to

stick myself again. Silly huh! Earl makes a good recommendation, let

the alcohol dry before doing the injection and alternate one side in

the AM and the other side in the PM. That worked for me too.

Best of luck on your PVI!!!
