By now you probably have been reassured, but this sounded really strange to

me for a doctor to send someone home when he " doesn't think " she had a heart

attack, but had an abnormal EKG, and tell her to drink a lot of fluids. ??

If anything, drinking a lot of fluids could cause an imbalance in potassium

or add to the burden of an overburdened heart if her body is holding fluid -

and it might well be, as she is pregnant. This would bother me, and I would

ask a lot of questions and see a different doctor. Good luck, and keep us

posted, would you?
