Recently, there have been several posts describing the record keeping for

meds using a Palm.

As I do not have a Palm, I use Excel to keep track of Terry's meds. She

does a great job of administering her on meds. However, I keep this record

to help me keep all of her meds straight in my own mind and where they come

from. It also is a tremendous help to her doctors. They have all

commented very favorably on its format. If and when Terry gets to the

point where she can't keep track of her pills, I will have a good starting

point to work from.

If anyone is interested in seeing our format , I would be happy to email a

copy of it to you as an attachment..

,

I'll take you up on your offer. I would like to look over the forms you are

using. I have not been successful coming up with a form.

Thanks in advance.

,

(pistachio) has started a folder in our files section on the Yahoo

website to put sample formats for medical charts. (Thanks .. great

idea!) If you want to upload your format there that would be great. If you

don't know how to do that I can put it there if you send it to me.

Hugs,

Pam
