Guest guest Posted December 8, 2005 Report Share Posted December 8, 2005 Yo easily change from email to web only, send a blank message to the address: afibsupport-nomail To switch back, send to afibsupport-normal To change to digest only (one mailing per day, I believe), send email to afibsupport-digest To get these instructions at any time, follow the instruction given at the bottom of each email message: " For help on how to use the group, including how to drive it via email, send a blank email to AFIBsupport-help Bobby > Hello, > > Is there an option to not recieve postings in my email?
