lmao! I'll send you some of mine when I get them reduced! lol.

Thanks for the info, can't wait to get to goal so I can have the ops. With

the TT, does it tighten up the abs area, my ab is much bigger than my tummy,

or is that a seperate op?

thanks

Kell

DEDICATION...that's what I like to see Maree......keep focused on you

dreams, they are well and truly within reach.......if I can do it so

can everyone!

To answer your question about exercise...even at 130 kg I was playing

netball 3 - 5 times a week (oh my poor knees!).....I still play 3 - 5

times a week, only difference is now I can jump higher and run faster.

You are probably wondering why I didn't do more to move things along

quicker?.....Netball is the one form of exercise I don't feel is a

chore.... I have done the gym and aerobics thing in an effort to

loose weight and never enjoyed it all..... As I have lost my weight

with the band I have not increased my exercise and I have no

inclination to see the inside of another gym ever!

A few people have been commenting on port positions, mine was placed

between my rib cage and belly button on my waist line to the

left.......It was sometimes uncomfortable when wearing tight clothes

but there was plenty of fat to protect it !!......

When I had the tummy tuck I awoke from the surgery the first thing I

did was to check out my new middle...IRONING BOARD FLAT !!! The

trill of being able to see my pubic region while laying flat on my

back turned to sheer panic when I couldn't find my port......

With the heavy bandaging and the numbness from the op I did and inch

by inch search till I found that familiar bump under the

skin.......my port was now 2 inches below my belly button to the

left!!!!......the skin that was once my midriff is now my new

tummy....how weird is that!!!...

These days with little fat to conceal the port I do find it sticks

out and is quite prominent....I often knock it on the handle shopping

trolleys ......but I wouldn't be with out it.......its a constant

reminder of how far I have come !

smiles
