Ok big news (for me). I have weighed 140 for over a month. This is

excellent because it means whatever was causing the fluctuations in my

weight over the last year has stabilized. I feel better about trying to

go past the last few pounds. 5-10 to go. I really want to just

stabilize it at 130-135lbs. Not so much further to go but the stable

part was what was thwarting me. I would go up like 5lbs in a week and

they could find nothing wrong!

we'll see.

I restarted p1 this week.

Its going ok.
