PLEASE READ This !!!!

Dear Friends !!!!

This is Heidi here and I know it is early for all of you

to talk about our first get together in September of

2001 here in Tulsa Oklahoma.

But I am sorry to say for me time is short. Yes it does

take a lot of time to set up a meeting for so many

people. Please let me explain what I need to do

between now and next September. Starting in

December I need to call the Hotels here to set up

appointments for January to see who will give us

the best rates for our meeting. Here is what I am

looking for. A good clean Hotel with a party room.

Also one that can provide us with our dinner and

drinks. The first question they will have for me is

how many rooms are we needing. For right now I

do need a ball park figure to give to the hotels.

This will determine the rates.

The more rooms we require the cheaper it will be. I am

hoping that everyone would like to stay in the same Hotel.

So would you all be so kind and think about it. Yes I know

a lot of things can happen between now and then. But

also keep in mind some of our members who come from

over seas will need the time to make the trip. Yes in January

is when most of all the Air lines have all the special flights

and they are much cheaper at that time. And yes you can buy

them already for September. That would be a good time to

look for your Air line tickets .

As I said I do need a ball park figure to get started.Here is

what I have in mind. Here again I would love to have your

input please.

September the 1 , Saturday is an ADULT NIGHT ONLY :

We get together at 2 pm for Coffee and cake,

At 6 pm we have our dinner and Party .

September the 2 ,Sunday is Family day:

We could have a picnic at one of the parks here.

For the ones what do not like picnic ,you could go and see the

Oral University .

How does that sound to you all ???????

I know some of you have to fly back home late Sunday night

so you will have plenty of time to rest up and get ready to go back

to work Tuesday. So Please think about all this and do let me

know as soon as you can.

Heidi, that is Labor Day weekend, I'll be in Connecticut at my mother's' for

vacation. Please don't cooount on me. Sorry, I would really like to come,

but since I only get to see her once a year (usually) I can't miss it. She's

80 years old.

Hi Heidi,

I'm sorry But we won't be able to make it to the week end retreat. We are currently planning our wedding this summer so that limits the amount of time that can take from work. We are also paying for the wedding ourselves so financially it is out of the question. Sorry that I won't be able to be there. Maybe I'll be able to go when there's one closer to the west coast.
