Guest guest
We went to my sister's for Thanksgiving yesterday. She made so much food, you'd have thought she was feeding the army. And it was just her, her daughter, me, my hubby and my kids. She had Italian wedding soup, salad, ravioli, sausage, meatballs, homemade spaghetti sauce, turkey, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn, stuffing, cranberry sauce and cheesecake. Of course, I couldn't eat a lot of that. So, I brought my own " Twice Baked Faux Mashed Potatoes " (made with cauliflower), brown rice stuffing and lowfat, sugar free pumpkin cheesecake. I just ate turkey and my food. Later on, I had a little soup and a couple meatballs. So, I did well. My daughter slept overnight and is sleeping overnight again so she can hang out with her cousin. ann
