Guest guest
Hello Everyone! We saw the Ped today, and she recommends that we see a Dr.Gupta in Southfield, MI. She is a Pediatric Neuro. & she is also a sleep specialists. She spoke to her regarding his MRI and the artifact, and she said that it is a possibility that it could be blood vessels, but nothing to worry about. I noticed today that he has two hard bump-like areas in his neck. Anyone experienced this or may have a clue what they are? The therapist said it could be blood vessels or lymph nodes, but she said to mention it to the ped. It's hard to not worry, especially when the brain is concerned. She also tap his nose numerous times to see his startle reflex, and it is bad, she said after a 1 or 2 times, he should stop jumping with his arms and eyes, but he continued. i always said that he seems to have bad nerves, but the just ignored me. She also talked about his right sided weakness, and she said it could have been due to torticollis, but since his tilt is on the left, she said that is of concerned, but the therapist said that it is a mild tilt now, so I guess therapy is helping ,but we do know we will be going for at least 3 to 4 more months. He see this new ped. neuro. on Jan 4th. Wish us the Best! Thank you all! Tequisha Mother of , 5 months old.

Guest guest
Thank you sooo much! He will be 6 months next week and it amazes me that he can't sleep more than an hour at a time, even with sedation. I don't even care about all night sleep, just for him to get a good amount at one time. And just looking at him at times, you would think he got all the sleep in the world. But thanks again for the prayers, and I pray to get answers soon. Tequisha Mother to , 5 1/2 monthsCandace Mayer <mommyluvset@...> wrote: I really hope they are able to give you some answers. Guest guest
It seems like everything they tell me, they always say it is ok. Blood Vessels is the same thing that the Ped. Neuro said could have been the artifact that they say in his MRI, and now the therapist said that is a possibility of the knots in his neck. But to them everything is ok, but i guess that's there favorite word sometimes. They never said blood clots, just vessels. But that makes sense.
