Guest guest
Dr. Hess told me the biggest risk is in the first 10 days. After that time it is rare. After 4 weeks the risk is almost non existent. This is for leaks, not blockage. Dawn
Guest guest
Hi everyone I had a question about leaks, how long must one be post op before your out of the woods for leaks? I am 4 weeks post-op tomorrow and still have a little fear of that, otherwise I am fine, matter of fact I am going back to work today! I was reading posts about pain control (I am a big baby when it comes to pain).I asked my Dr prior to surgery about it, after surgery I reminded him of his promise when I was experiencing more pain than the meds could handle. He cranked it up.LOL Everyone having surgery this week will be in my prayers. Know this is not a picnic, everyday things get better, soon it's over and your resuming life again with an entirely new future.
