Woohoo! Broke 160!!

I just weighed myself and found I'd lost five pounds last month, putting me

at 158! Woohoo! My size 14s are starting to feel baggy, and my 12s are

getting comfy again. It's been a couple of years since these jeans fit. (I

started in late July at 184 in tight 16s.) Here are positive thoughts going

out to

all of us as we head into the holidays.

I'm trying to break that barrier too. I have a 2-3 pounds to go depending on

the day.
