Guest guest
I paid $32.00 for the WATP with Abs DVD at Wal-mart ysterday. It came with 3 workouts (1, 2 & 3 Miles) and the waist band. > On the website there are packages that have all of the tapes and some other > things for $39. Is that a good deal? Guest guest
No they won't unless there is something wrong with it and then you will get it replaced. If ever you think of getting a new tape check it out on www.collegevideo.com You actually can view s small part of the tape first. I like the firm but they are harder. Roxie I have been doing the WATP videos......usually 4 miles per day sometimes 3. I just thought I would throw something else in for a change.....so I bought the "Firm" tape...I hate it! Does anyone know if walmart will take back DVD's that have been opened? I should have stuck with what was working and that I enjoyed! Guest guest
Is it a possibility to put the exercise into your day, say, by pedalling to work? - Elissa Re: Sansone Time kills me also. I work at a high school, and even though I work summer school it is only half days. I love having the time to go out and ride my road bike 20 to 30 miles several days a week. Last night I was fretting over what I was going to do when I have to go back to work full-time, and even worse, when it starts getting dark by the time I get home. And the rain! WATP sounds like it might help fill the gap ... especially if I can manage to get myself up an hour early in the morning to do it!Sharon
