Donna Donna, I would ask to talk to the dairy department manager at your grocery store. They will sometimes order special requests.
Guest guest
I've never seen 2% MJ. Just the cheddar line. Chuck dmrushing wrote: > Vermont Sharp White??!!! Guest guest
I talked to the dairy department of the store we were getting it at. They said to contact corporate. I did. Corporate said they had discontinued selling it due to slow sales. I went to the Kraft site. You can search for retailers carrying that product. It came up with a chain in my area. I checked two of the stores. No luck. Guest guest
>>How in the world can we get these other cheeses if the stores won't carry the full line?<< That's the problem I'm having with everything around here where I live. It's really frustrating. We have no " health food " stores here. Nor do we have even " Health food " sections in the stores. I searched four different local stores looking for Whole Wheat Tortillas and came up with zilch. I finally found some, but had to travel to a store a hour away to get them! It was the same with Whole Wheat bread crumbs, Natural Peanut Butter, and a variety of other things. Low fat cheeses are VERY limited where I live, and the Kraft 2% cheddar is about all I've been able to find. It's nuts. The boyfriend and I did finally find lowfat Buttermilk after traveling to three different local stores. The one we found it at had two cartons left on the self - both had expires a week before. Boyfriend asked the manager if they had any more that WASN'T out of date in the back. The manager told him that what was on the self was probably good for a few more days!!! Upon my boyfriend's insistance that he go check for a fresh carton, the manager headed to the back and remarked that he didn't know why they even stocked the stuff, as no one ever bought it!!! Grrrrr....it's crazy. We've started driving to the nearest city every other weekend to stock up on stuff, as we're having so much trouble finding the stuff we need around here. Very, very frustrating. --------------------------------- Yahoo! FareChase - Search multiple travel sites in one click.
