Although I can't comment on Vanguri vs. Elariny, I personally would

not have gone out of network just for a lap procedure. The insurance

and logistics nightmare would not have been worth it, particularly

since there is no guarantee lap plans will result in a lap surgery.

Fortunately, my network surgeon does the lap, so it was not an issue

for me. But I would not have hesitated to go open rather than go

somewhere else.
