Well done Dayle !!! Youve made a really positive start. The exercise will

really help that weight to fall off.

I reckon youre right about still needing to choose healthy foods and to be

active to lose weight with the band. Keep up the good work and PLEASE let us

know how much you have lost when you weigh in

Hi! Geoff,

Please let us know your vital statistics as well, I have been waiting a

while to hear from you on this list. How much have you lost now and how

much exercise are you doing?
