I just wanted to say HI I am I live in TN and I had WLS on January 7th

2002 and I have lost 130 pounds and I am twenty pounds from my Dr's goal and

thirty from mine .I wanted to welcome all the new members as I have had a Yahoo

gremlin taking all my mail. I know I have missed a lot of new members and this

Hi all new members ,, My name is Helen, Im 65 yrs young married to my high school sweetheart for 47 yrs , have one son and 2 daughters and 7 grandkids ,,,, started in tops in 69 but stayed for about 8 yrs and decided the grass was greener at W W mistake did all the other expensive centers and ended up going back to tops in 2001 made up my mind that I was going to be a kops and all i had to take off was 19 lbs but it took me 2 1/2 yrs to do it I acheive my goal on Jan 14 ,04 so proud to say Im a kops its not easy but it get better everyday ,, Im not perfect but Im human so of course I do have gains but sure do make sure to work on them welcome to this group all the rest are nuts but Im the only sane one in the bunch ( because im a canadian)lol may be run out of Texas lets reverse this, all the rest are sane and Im the nut ...lol many hugs to all Helen
