Yes as far as I was concerned the benefit outweighed (pardon the pun) the risks. We are all afraid of surgery, I don't think anyone actually embraces it. I gather you have already made that decision and I congratulate you on that. Obesity is a risk to life. I don't get headaches anymore I get strokes and blood clots and I don't get gastric pain any more I get heart attacks and it is frightenening to think like that. When I have lost all my weight, I don't think I will be thinking in this direction. Good Luck.
