Guest guest Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 as i sit here i think back to what my life was like before surgery.. so much has changed... i have so much to be thankful for.. my family who has been such a great support system... my friends who have been there for me and my support groups... last year at this time it all seemed like a dream.. i am approved to have surgery i immediately started making changes to help me with this journey... changed cooking habits started excercising started vitamins and protein... in that time period of before me having my surgery i had lost 70 pounds as of this morning i have lost 100 pounds from the surgery... 170 pounds since january 2002... dr. zahn is such a talented surgeon... and i would also like to thank my angel dee she has been such a rock for me thru this... i havent done my inches yet hopefully today if hubby is feeling better to help me out.. he has been diagnosed with a herniated disk and they are concerned that it will become a ruptured disk so he has to take it easy... i will also be takin new photos soon and i will post them... hope all is doing fine and keep up that great job you all are doing... jean henry Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
