as i sit here i think back to what my life was like before surgery..

so much has changed... i have so much to be thankful for.. my family

who has been such a great support system... my friends who have been

there for me and my support groups... last year at this time it all

seemed like a dream.. i am approved to have surgery i immediately

started making changes to help me with this journey... changed

cooking habits started excercising started vitamins and protein... in

that time period of before me having my surgery i had lost 70 pounds

as of this morning i have lost 100 pounds from the surgery... 170

pounds since january 2002... dr. zahn is such a talented surgeon...

and i would also like to thank my angel dee she has been such a rock

for me thru this... i havent done my inches yet hopefully today if

hubby is feeling better to help me out.. he has been diagnosed with a

herniated disk and they are concerned that it will become a ruptured

disk so he has to take it easy... i will also be takin new photos

soon and i will post them... hope all is doing fine and keep up that

great job you all are doing...

Jean, You have hit the Century Club~!!! Congrats! That's wonderful. Do

take those measurements those will play a big roll when you don't lose

weight, you'll lose inches!!! Its a wonderful feeling to have one's life

back isn't it! :)

Hugs and Loves...
