Guest guest
Has anyone had stomach problems from taking q-10? My husband was taking 50mg a day. His Doc increased it to 240 mg/day. Since then, he's had stomach aches. He's taking Natures bounty Q sorb Co Q 10 softgels. 120 mg twice a day. Any ideas or suggestions? Nothing else in his diet or meds has changed. He feels fine except for the stomach aches. Thanks for your help.
Guest guest
Most of us find that we have to ramp up dosages of meds much more slowly than other people. I don't recall ever hearing to CoQ10 causing stomach upset, but maybe it is just upping it so quickly. You may also want to space the doses out differently. A lot of use take it either 3 or 4 times a day. Is your husband also taking it with Carnitor at the same time. They both work best if taken together. Another thought is that it could be there is something in that brand that your husband has trouble with, not the CoQ10 itself . jest2smile@... wrote: >Has anyone had stomach problems from taking q-10?
