Guest guest
The Cephalic Index (or Cephalic Ratio) measures brachycephaly where the child's head is flat across the back. Brachycephaly Severity: Cephalic Ratio = Cranial Breadth/Cranial Length ideal ratio - 78% normal - 73-83% moderate - 83.1% to 87.9% severe - 88% and higher Molly California Nicolas, 14 months, tort & plagio, STARband 4/25/06-9/12/06, Graduate! , 3.75 , 7 Don't understand the numbers I am confused. Guest guest
Hi, this is considered severe for brachy (the 99.21), but don't worry. my daughter started at the same places and end up getting great correction. she still has some flatness if you look, but overall her head is fixed.
