The Cephalic Index (or Cephalic Ratio) measures brachycephaly where the

child's head is flat across the back.

Brachycephaly Severity:

Cephalic Ratio = Cranial Breadth/Cranial Length

ideal ratio - 78%

normal - 73-83%

moderate - 83.1% to 87.9%

severe - 88% and higher

Hi, this is considered severe for brachy (the 99.21), but don't worry.

my daughter started at the same places and end up getting great

correction. she still has some flatness if you look, but overall her

head is fixed. Does your baby have a band already?
